Hello, I am a trainee at the Talent Turku Team. My work and research interests are in attraction and inclusion of international talents into the working life of the Southwest Finland.
I am also doing my PhD research on the state of diversity and inclusion in our region.
My educational and working experience is in the cross-cultural communication, languages, Nordic and Eastern European studies.
