Marcin Floryan: A passionate technology leader focused on understanding the whole and creating an environment where people can do their best work together. Striving to be an inclusive and compassionate leader who creates psychological safety where failure is encouraged and used as an opportunity to learn. Currently tweaking the system of work as a Technology Operations Lead at Spotify.

Milla Heikkilä: A happiness ambassador who is on a mission to make the world happier and healthier. She is passionate about guiding people and organisations to value-led, meaningful workplace happiness so that everyone could fall in love with their work and discover their full potential. By day Heikkilä works as Chief Happiness Officer at Sofokus, where her primary target is to ensure everyone at the company is happy and able to do their work well, while simultaneously supporting Sofokus’ strategic business goals.

Kimmo Laine: I’ve managed development projects for the better part of my career, touching for example ICT, construction, customer service, aviation, logistics & supply chains and corporate social responsibility. I’ve worked in the private and the third sector and have been very fortunate to see the world, the good, the bad and the beautiful. I am a developer at heart, I like to build things up and create ecosystems and partnerships that take us all forward. Nowadays I do sales, which is all about the thing I love, people.

Tiina Vainio: An intrapreneur working in the largest insurance company of the Nordics and Baltics, If Insurance. Many might not know, that If is a big Tech employer and has a large stack of big and small tech solutions behind the scene. If Insurance employs 1000 IT professionals in the Nordics and Baltics, more than 200 of them working in Turku. As Tech Community and Growth partner, I run employer branding campaigns, our .Net trainee program and Community events. At If, we create tech that matters to 3,9 million customers who trust us to provide them the best digital solutions.

Ira Silvendoin: HR professional from tech industry. Driven by organization culture transformations, leadership and shaping the future factory work. Working at Valmet Automotive, a company with growth strategy in a field of green mobility.

Susanna Rantanen: An entrepreneur and a pioneer in the employer branding landscape in Finland.
