a network manager / executive producer
for West Finland Film Commission.
West Finland Film Commission (WFFC) is one of the oldest and most well-known Film Commissions in Finland. WFFC promotes the Turku Region as a filming location for international and domestic film and TV productions. WFFC’s goal is to maximize the financial gain for the businesses in the region and boost employment for local film and TV professionals, thus increasing the attractiveness and competitiveness of the region. WFFC is part of ExperienceTurku spearhead which covers film, game and tourism industry. ExperienceTurku offers first-class opportunities for international productions, investors, new businesses, and talents.

Your job is to develop and maintain the productive relationships with international studio and independent film producers, production companies, TV networks, streaming services, documentary and other media makers encouraging them to produce and set up their businesses in Turku region. Locally your job is to further develop the existing audiovisual film industry ecosystem and help the film & audiovisual community to grow and internationalize.
Together with the team you’ll build the Turku region to be an even more versatile, attractive, and innovative centre of the experience industry.
You know the international film industry like the back of your hand and your network is strong and diverse. You have over ten years of work experience in film productions and/or audiovisual industry’s accountable tasks. You are a sales and marketing -spirited team player.
We require strong experience and knowledge of the film and audiovisual industry, strong international connections, and excellent skills in both written and spoken English.
