NOME partnership – added advantage to Finnish life science actors
Turku Science Park Ltd. has started as the coordinator of the Nordic Mentor Network for Entrepreneurship (NOME). This top class mentoring program helps Nordic startups to grow and internationalize.
Nordic Mentor Network for Entrepreneurship (NOME) is an exclusive Nordic Mentoring program for promising life science startups with world class mentors. NOME matches Nordic startups with highly skilled volunteer professionals to help them reach their goals and technology milestones.

NOME is an independent volunteer based organization. The teams and projects can applicate to the program anytime. The commercial potential is the focus in evaluation process. The first interview will be done by the local partners. The final decision of acceptance is then done in a steering committee. Accepted teams will get all the mentoring free.
Turku science Park Ltd. coordinates the NOME-programme in Finland and collaborates with Vertical as well as with other Finnish Life Science players to find the best match of mentors and entrepreneurs. The other partners in NOME are Accelerace in Denmark, Karolinska Institutet Innovations AB and Medicon Village in Sweden, Oslo Cancer Cluster Incubator and Aleap in Norway.
