Need a new dimension to your recruitment efforts? Are you willing to consider those who are only contemplating a career or studying in the technology sector?

TE Office invites all the contributors of technology industry of the Southwest Finland: employers, educators, other organizations to open their doors to public in January 2023. The idea is to get the active jobseekers and those interested in technology industry to come and visit you on site. An alternative option to this is a virtual visit using Tavata platform. The obvious goal is a successful employment for all parties.

How to proceed?
TE Office will gather and co-ordinate the visiting opportunities from the sector and inform the jobseekers and students about these. You can prebook as many suitable dates and times for the visits as you want and decide how many people you wish to cater for. It is up to you to determine what will be on offer. It could be a tour in your facilities, a presentation, preliminary job interview or a discussion over a coffee. This is a chance to convey your unique selling point that can’t be expressed through a job ad. Also, consider how any of this translates on to the virtual platform?

Tech January destinations will be compiled on to Tavata platform and Google Maps, where the visitors can find the locations and program information. This is also where the participants register for a visit.
