I have studied English and Intercultural Communication and I have worked in various EU project to support companies’ internationalization as a part of local business service network. My expertise in internationalization is China and Japan. In China-related cases I work with my colleague Kitty Wang from EU Chamber of Commerce in China.

I also encourage local businesses to internationalize through international recruitment. I try to build a network of “local international talents” and support companies in questions concerning international recruitment.

Out of my comfort zone, I worked for a Finnish shipbuilding subcontractor in a project in the shipyard in Nagasaki, Japan.
